announces a banner: butcher and charcuterie craftsmen from all over France demonstrated this Tuesday near the National Assembly in Paris.
The purpose of this mobilization was to alert the public authorities to the impact of the rise in energy prices on their activity.

Only 40% of French butchers benefit from the energy shield according to the unions.
However, "our refrigerated banks and our fridges are running all the time", explains a butcher from Ain, "and gas for cooking", adds another.
These craftsmen say they are “very worried” about the future of their businesses, seeing their electricity and gas bills increase significantly.
“We are demonstrating for our survival”, sums up a mobilized butcher.
Later in the day, the French Confederation of Butchers, Butchers and Delicatessens, Caterers (CFBCT) was received by the Economic Committee of the National Assembly.
It will also be by the Ministry of the Economy, Bercy, this week.
