Based on the ranking of cities in which to live in order to protect their purchasing power as well as possible, the Parisian illustrates the difficulties encountered by the people of the Ile-de-France region.
The ranking takes into account the salary of the inhabitants, but also their expenses with the price of everyday products, transport, real estate, property tax and cinema tickets.
If the Ile-de-France is generally poorly placed at the national level because of a very expensive square meter and a high public transport price, there are very clear differences.
