Ground beef, the most sold meat with 2.7 billion steaks consumed per year, is also one of the products whose price has increased the most due to inflation, the energy crisis and the drought.
Ground beef has thus seen its price jump by an average of 19.3% in one year, and even 25.8% for the frozen version, according to the IRI institute, approaching 15 euros per kg on average.
