The price of gold rose today in the local market by 9 thousand pounds per gram of 21 karat, compared to the price recorded yesterday.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsmanship Association for Drafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21-carat gold recorded a selling price of 290,000 Syrian pounds, and a purchase price of 289,500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram reached a selling price of 248,571 pounds, and a purchase of 248,071 pounds.
The association emphasized that the craftsmen adhere to the pricing issued by it.
