The energy ministers of the European Union failed to agree on a ceiling for gas prices during their meeting today in Brussels.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Sjärto said in a post on his page on the Facebook social networking platform, following the ministerial meeting in Brussels today: “During the meeting of the Energy Affairs Council, a ceiling for gas prices was discussed at length, but no agreement was reached in this regard.”
