Quick reports on a joint agreement to end the term of the company's CEO Aviram Ganot and the appointment of the company's chairman Ofir Steinberg as acting director of the partnership.

Ganot led the launch of the Kwik Super online brand and was responsible, among other things, for becoming the third player in the online food market since its launch in early 2019, raising capital and joining the company with strategic investors, issuing the company and becoming a public company.

After the deal was finalized and the merger was led, it was decided by agreement between the parties to end Ganot's role.

Gonot will continue to advise the company as needed.

Last July, the competition authority approved the establishment of a joint website for Elektra and Beitan wines, which will compete with the websites of the marketing chains.

Kwik, Electra Consumer Products and Beitan Wines joined together to establish a partnership that operates and manages three online brands: Kwik, Beitan Online and Mega Online.

Also, in May 2023, the partnership will launch and manage "Carrefour Online" in Israel, at the same time as the launch of Carrefour branches throughout the country.

The site will be built on a unique platform, in addition to the partnership sites that currently exist, and will be used by Carrefour customers and the chain's customer clubs.

In the company's estimation, the launch of Carrefour Online, the management of the site and its activity, is expected to increase the revenue cycle of the partnership starting from the date of the launch of the Carrefour brand.

: "I thank Aviram for his time as CEO and his great contribution to making Quick a significant player in a very short period of time.

We are looking forward to creating real competition in the retail sector in Israel - Carrefour will be a significant player online as well, and together we will bring full synergy between Carrefour and Quick.

We will know how to lead the partnership to a dominant place and produce a line for Israeli consumers both in this area and on the physical level in the stores."

Aviram Ganot

: "After a fascinating path and building a leading company in the online market in Israel, and unprecedented growth, dealing with the corona crisis, the company's IPO, and its choice to lead the online activity of Carrefour in Israel, I feel that it is the right time to continue on a new path.

We built an amazing team and strong management, leading technology, and a strong and unique brand in a short time.

I am sure that the company will continue to realize its potential and meet the goals we have set for it and will very successfully launch the Carrefour brand in Israel.

The Carrefour chain will bring a real revolution to the Israeli market and I am proud of my part in the expected success to come.

I am grateful for the opportunity and the faith of the shareholders and the company's board of directors, and as a stakeholder in the company, I wish the company's management and Carrefour Israel's management great success in the coming years."
