The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announced the continuation of the work of complexes, halls and sales outlets of the Syrian Trade and Bakeries Corporation of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in all governorates, during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The ministry stated in a statement, a copy of which SANA received, that the continuation of the work of the Syrian malls, halls, and outlets for trade comes within the framework of seeking to provide the basic needs of citizens with the availability of a wide variety of food and consumer goods, family requirements, vegetables and fruits, in addition to the sale of subsidized materials and positive intervention materials via the electronic card. .
The ministry indicated that all Syrian-affiliated bakeries in all governorates continue to operate normally and at their full production capacity during the holidays, with the aim of providing bread to citizens on a daily basis, except for the weekly holiday on Friday.
On the 13th of this month, the Prime Minister, Eng. Hussein Arnous, issued a notice to suspend public agencies, starting from Sunday 12-25-2022, until Sunday 1-1-2023 inclusive, on the occasion of Christmas and the New Year.
