This is due to significant differences between the management and the employee representatives and the Histadrut regarding the sale grant - in light of the apparent transfer of control of the company to Clal Holdings.
The dispute will apply to approximately 1,600 male and female workers.
The sale of MAX from Warburg Pincus to "Kelal" has been discussed in recent months, and it may be implemented in the near future.
As usual in such cases of transfer of control, there is a discussion of a sales bonus for the employees.
However, in the negotiations conducted with the workers' committee, it became clear that the offer given by the management is significantly lower than their expectations.
