Elbit will build, operate and maintain an advanced training facility for the Armored Corps, in a deal whose value is estimated at NIS 400 million.

The training facility will allow armored personnel carriers, from the professional training phase, through training before operational employment to training to maintain the competence of reserve units, to train in various and challenging titles from the level of a single tank to the level of a company.

In addition, the systems will allow for integrated recording and investigation capabilities that will allow replay of events, documentation and data analysis, as well as monitoring the performance of the trainees.



The facility will strengthen and improve the skill of the individual and the team in operating the tank systems and will be an infrastructure for training future platforms.



The project was led by the land procurement unit in the Ministry of Defense's procurement directorate, the land arm and the planning division of the Agency.
