The stakes are high: to say whether the company, which employs 2,160 employees, is in cessation of payments.
In which case, it would be placed in receivership.
At the end of 2021, Hermione People & Brands (HBP), the distribution branch of the Financière immobilière bordelaise (FIB), of the businessman Michel Ohayon – who also owned Camaïeu, liquidated in September 2022 – had bought the brand Go Sport for a symbolic euro at the bar of the commercial court.
