During the presidential campaign of 2022, Emmanuel Macron proposed the creation of an "
employee dividend
" which would allow a better sharing of the profit of companies towards employees.
Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux clarified that the differences with the unions concerned "
the management of participation, which is an additional burden for companies, especially for SMEs
", the definition of "
super-participation
" and the maintenance in l status of the value-sharing bonus (formerly Macron bonus), "
which the unions are asking for taxation
" and which "

Despite the “
impossible
” nature of the ongoing negotiations, the Medef still decided to continue the negotiations until the end of January, which made it possible to draw up “
a fairly interesting inventory of the existing arrangements
” with the trade unions, has still said the president of Medef.
