Moscow, SANA-The Russian Central Bank announced that it has added 9 new currencies to its daily bulletin of ruble exchange rates

The Russian Central Bank announced that it has added 9 new currencies, including 3 Arab currencies, to its daily bulletin of ruble exchange rates.

The Russia Today website stated that, according to a statement published by the bank's press service, the list of new currencies included the UAE dirham, the Qatari riyal, the Egyptian pound, the Thai baht, the Vietnamese dong, the Serbian dinar, the New Zealand dollar, the Georgian lari and the Indonesian rupiah.

Thus, the number of foreign currencies against which the Russian Central Bank sets the ruble exchange rate on a daily basis has risen to 43 currencies.
