At present, the tariff shield on energy prices is only open to VSEs with fewer than 10 employees, with an annual turnover of less than two million euros and whose electricity meter is power less than 36 kVA.
The collective, which lives through a Facebook page, considers the aid mechanisms already put in place by the executive to be insufficient, in particular the tariff shield therefore, but also the "
electricity shock absorber
", the help desk for the payment of gas and electricity bills, the deferral of the payment of taxes and social contributions or even the free termination of the most exorbitant energy contracts.
A demonstration of Nation in Bercy
“
Despite the shock absorber and other government aid, this will not prevent us from having bills multiplied by 2, 3, 4 or even 5, which will endanger many of our businesses, and even some will close.
We have already seen certain businesses close and that we cannot accept
,” said Frédéric Roy in a video posted on Facebook last week.
On BFMTV at the end of December, the baker from Nice had also pointed out that these increases were in addition to “
increases in the cost of raw materials
”.

He also assured on the antenna of the news channel to expect "

" at this event, to which all professionals in the crafts and catering are invited.
It should start at 2 p.m. from Place de la Nation in Paris, and its route will end in Parc de Bercy, in front of the Ministry of the Economy.
In parallel with the Parisian mobilization, a few other local demonstrations in the region are organized on Monday, in particular in Saint-Omer (Pas-de-Calais) and Périgueux (Dordogne).
If this demonstration is supported in particular by Jean Lassalle, former deputy and former presidential candidate, who will be present in the procession in Paris, this mobilization is not unanimous among bakers.
Dominique Anract, president of the National Confederation of French Bakery and Pastry (CNBPF), does not call for example to demonstrate on Monday.

It is not possible, as explained to me by Olivia Grégoire and Bruno Le Maire.
