By moving from a fashionable district - rue Cadet (Paris 9th) - to another fashionable district - rue de la Fidélité (Paris 10th), she found a shoe that suited her: ground floor in the background courtyard, in absolute calm, warm, a terrace so that the teams can meet for lunch or have a drink, close to the stations, with a cellar and… a ten-minute walk from her home.
All these non-negotiable criteria correspond to this open space of 500 m2 resembling a large loft.
