The Alpine Skiing World Championships, this winter in Courchevel and Méribel in Savoie (from February 6 to 19), offer a great opportunity for Rossignol to display its know-how.
The French manufacturer, owned by the Scandinavian Altor Equity Partners for ten years, equips around fifty athletes present during the competition.
The Rossignol/Dynastar team is split evenly between girls and boys, with about ten French representatives.
Qualification race
Compared to previous editions of the Worlds, the manufacturer has seen a slight increase in its workforce.
“Many of the youngsters that we equip prove themselves at the lower level
, comments Stéphane Mougin, director of the racing department at Rossignol,
if they behave well during World Cup events, they can then naturally become candidates for selection for the Worlds.
Clarification
: in Méribel-Courchevel, only four athletes per country, per discipline and per gender are allowed to compete...
