The improvement on the employment front continues in France, the figures for 2022 attest to this.
Better: recruitment forecasts augur for a year 2023 which will confirm the trend, as shown by our survey across the regions
.
The gradual decline in the unemployment rate is illustrated in Brittany (6%), Pays de la Loire (6.1%) and Corsica (6.1%), which are approaching full employment ( i.e. 5% of category A applicants, without any activity).
We recruit almost everywhere in France and not only in the traditional trades in tension, such as the hotel and catering industry or personal services.
Take accounting, for example.
“It has become a real subject for us.
Over the past two years, many employees in this profession have migrated to data analyst positions.
We are looking for accountants en masse,” admits Frank Ribuot, president of the Randstad France interim group.
An observation shared by Pôle emploi and all the professionals in the sector who are multiplying seduction operations to attract young people or people in retraining into their nets.

But we met 64 bosses of large groups and saw nothing negative for this year.
The only uncertainty concerns the duration of the social movement on pensions.
If there are blockages that last, it can weigh.

While waiting for a hypothetical stagnation or decline, recruitment is in full swing everywhere.
NGE, a construction specialist, announces that it wants to recruit 4,000 people this year, the LVMH group (owner of Parisien-Aujourd'hui in France) 3,500 in its various houses, Proman (aeronautics) some 2,500, Apave (security, risks) 1,600, or Britons Ferries, 800. Finally, by 2024, the Paris Olympic Games will act as a new boost to employment…
