Airbus maintains a high cruising speed in terms of jobs.
The European aeronautics giant plans to hire 3,500 people in France this year, as many as in 2022. Of this total, 50% are intended to replace departures and 50% are job creations.
Airbus has set itself the goal of recruiting 30% women (27% in 2022).
This tricolor plan is part of a global campaign, which involves more than 13,000 hires, including 7,000 net job creations, i.e. a low level equivalent to the 2022 record.

The population of French “Airbusians”, the largest in the group (133,000 people worldwide), with 48,000 employees at the end of 2022, will grow further.
All activities are concerned.
But it is the commercial aviation division that takes the lion's share, with 2,300 scheduled recruitments and 80% in Occitania.
The region is home to the headquarters of Airbus industrial activities in Toulouse.
Some 700 hires are planned within the defense-space branch…
