At the heart of these societal changes, mobility is a central subject.
Evidenced by a recent study by Drivalia, specialist in car rental in Europe.
According to this survey*, 45% of French people want to reduce the use of their car in the months to come.
Their motives?
They are above all economic (76.6%) and environmental (74%).
Teleworking, which is becoming widespread, is also a strong argument (22%).
The growing number of car subscription enthusiasts
“Borrow rather than own”: this is the new motto that is attracting more and more motorists!
Car rental, car sharing, carpooling, monthly subscription… There is no shortage of formulas for car use that is more suited to everyday needs and for more economical and ecological consumption.
Car rental is an attractive option since 65.7% of respondents plan to use it in the coming months.
As for the car rental subscription, almost two out of three respondents have already heard of it and 36% have already tested it.
For the latter, the main advantages of this formula are:
Maintenance included (60%)
The freedom of the formula which is without commitment (59%)
Insurance included in the subscription (52%)
Subscribing to a car as you would to Netflix or a smartphone means choosing flexibility and freedom while controlling your budget.

The car subscription, how does it work?
