Oil prices remained unchanged at the beginning of Asian trading today, after falling two dollars a barrel at the close last Friday.
Reuters reported that Brent crude fell nine cents, or 0.1 percent, to $82.91 a barrel.
The price of US West Texas Intermediate crude for the month of March reached 76.40 dollars a barrel, an increase of only six cents, while Nissan contracts fell nine cents to 76.46 dollars.
Brent and West Texas crude fell at the close last week by about four percent, after the United States announced an increase in crude oil and gasoline stocks.
