The volume of supplies yesterday amounted to 39.2 million cubic meters.

It is likely that Russian gas supplies will be equal again to last year's numbers soon, as they actually increased by 65 percent in February compared to the end of last January.

The transit line through Ukraine remains the only way to supply the countries of western and central Europe with Russian gas, as pumping through the northern stream has been completely suspended.
