The Commercial Court of Grenoble placed Gap France on Wednesday in receivership.
Such an outcome had been required by the prosecution on Monday, concerning the 20 franchise stores of the brand, owned by Bordeaux businessman Michel Ohayon, who also owns Camaïeu and Go Sport.
