2022 closed with the highest inflation in the last 31 years: 94.8%.
And 2023 didn't start much better.
In the midst of the strong rise in prices that does not give up,
inflation in January marked 6% and the same mark is expected for February
(the data will be released next week)
and March.
As the scenario is set out, the official guideline thought of 60%
for this year
is increasingly seen .
To cushion this impact, retirees and employees receive bonuses of between $15,000 and up to $300,000 this month.

The rest will arrive in April and May.

Bonus of up to $300,000
: Mechanical workers.
The Automobile Transport Mechanics and Allied Union (SMATA) agreed for
March to collect an increase of 18.39%
on basic salaries.
The next review meeting will be in April.
In relation to the bonus, of
between $200,000 and $300,000
, the companies have time to settle it
until March 10.
The "super bonus" consists of the payment of 150 hours for all terminal operators and auto parts manufacturers.
The payment is different according to the category of each employee.
So far in 2022, this union achieved
an annual improvement of 94.7%.
Bonuses of up to $200,000
: the employees of the Naturgy-Ban company, of Spanish capital, agreed to the parity April 2022-March 2023 with an annual increase of 94.8% and a bonus that reaches $
170,000,
to be collected in a single quota, and another of
$32,000 for Gas Worker's Day.
The Association of Hierarchical Personnel of the Natural Gas Industry (Apjgas) and STIGAS announced, at the time,
that the extra payments will be paid with February salaries,
that is, they will be received
until March 10

The bonuses are divided as follows: for
Gas Worker's Day –which is celebrated on March 5- a bonus of
$32,500
was agreed
, which will be non-remunerative.
Meanwhile, for the remunerative bonus of $170,000,
the workers will receive about $140,000 out of pocket.
Bonus of $134,000
: the building managers reached by the agreement signed between the Single Union of Workers of Horizontal Rental Buildings (Suterh), the Argentine Federation of Workers of Rental and Private Buildings (Fateryh) and the Union of Real Estate Administrators ( UADI)
will receive the last installment of the super bonus of $134,000 in March
, they will now receive $26,000.
$100,000 bonus
: The National Federation of Truck Drivers, headed by Hugo and Pablo Moyano, had announced last October an agreement with the Chamber of Employers to grant
a $100,000 bonus
and a 107% salary increase to workers in the sector .
In this sense, in March,
truckers will receive the first installment of the agreed bonus.
The bonus is divided into four payments, the first
will be made in March and has a value of $25,000
.
The other three installments will be paid in
April, May and June.
$100,000 bonus
: The union of oil workers who work in Vaca Muerta and other important deposits in the country agreed last November to a $100,000 bonus.
The Union of Private Oil Workers of Río Negro, Neuquén and La Pampa defined these benefits with the chambers of the sector.
The first installment of $50,000 was paid in December and the second in February.
The $100,000 bonus was given only
once as compensation for the weight that the Income Tax had on the workers.
Within this framework, they had also established the advance payment of the salary increase signed in mid-2022 and the increase in the value of the food (“Non-remunerative complementary food allowance”) to $65,000.
Bonuses of up to $35,000
: sausage workers.
The Union of Workers and Employees of the Cold Cuts, Tripería and Derivatives Industry (SOEICHA) when it signed the closing of its 2022 joint venture,
agreed to pay a non-remunerative sum of $35,000 for March 2023

Prior to this last bonus, in February the 4,850 members of the union received a bonus of $17,500.
These pluses were agreed upon at the time of closing their parity of 2022, last February.

: the Argentine Railways Management Personnel Association (APDFA) will give a one-time bonus that will be received with
