The merger between Casino and Teract materializes.
The distributor (Monoprix, Franprix, Cdiscount, etc.) and the group 76% owned by the InVivo cooperative have entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to a merger.
Objective: to break the codes of traditional mass distribution and feed the French "
from the field to the plate
", by eliminating intermediaries.
If this merger is successful, the French stores of the Casino group will be supplied with fruit and vegetables harvested by InVivo's partner farmers, or with bread made from flour ground by it.
