Super-Pharm is launching an innovative pilot with the aim of upgrading customer service in the branches and enabling quick navigation and orientation among the dozens of categories displayed on the shelves.
The pilot will be led by a mobile robot with a wide screen for easy use and will accompany the customers who help him to the exact location of the product they are looking for.
The robot, developed by the ONE Robotix company, weighing 12 kilos and 1 meter tall, is currently stationed for a pilot period at the Kiryat Hasharon Super-Pharm branch in Netanya. When it stands at the entrance of the branch, it recognizes the customers, greets them and offers its services when a number is displayed on the screen Options:

- the robot will guide the customers to follow it to the online order collection station, and at the same time will inform the staff that the customers have arrived and are waiting for the package.

- in addition, on the robot's screen will appear a variety of changing promotions for the customers, and additional services offered by Super-Pharm, including an option to join the lifestyle club, download a Super-Pharm application, an offer for insurance and more.
