On the impressive images broadcast on British television, we see the ship overturned at 45 degrees.

Scottish Ambulance Services said 21 people had been taken to hospital while a further 12 injured people were treated at the scene.

," added Adam McVey, advising his constituents to avoid the area.

The authorities have not given details at this stage on the identity of those injured in the incident.

Scottish Relief said five ambulances, an air ambulance and three trauma teams were dispatched to the site around 8.30am.

Firefighters and police also said they were on the scene.

The boat, purchased and outfitted by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen (now deceased), sits in a drydock in the Port of Edinburgh, a facility designed to dry boats.

Dales Marine Services, which operates the dry dock, said it had no comment.
