The Entrepreneurship Olympiad in the Arab Society is a unique competition created between the Israel Young Entrepreneurs Organization and in collaboration with Bank Hapoalim, created with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and business thinking.
About 450 young men and women from all over the country participate in the Olympics - of which about 250 young entrepreneurs qualified for the final stage.

During the Olympics, the young entrepreneurs demonstrate their abilities, creative thinking and practical solutions and present a business presentation on the product they developed to a panel of judges.
The winning team will win a direct entry ticket to the national competition, to compete for the opportunity to represent Israel in the international competition which will be held in July 2023 in Turkey.

Some of those young entrepreneurs took part in an event held at the Technion, during which they presented their idea to an audience of 250 guests, as well as to a senior team of judges from Bank Hapoalim.
We also came to meet the young entrepreneurs up close, and to hear from them in detail about the ideas that may in the future affect the world for the better.

Encouraging entrepreneurship and developing a toolbox on the way to quality employment
are working in the community from the Center for Social Banking, a primary sponsor of the Olympics of young entrepreneurs in Arab society.
The bank supports the encouragement of entrepreneurship and the development of a toolbox for quality employment among young people throughout Israeli society in all its parts and especially in the social and geographic periphery, as well as supports equality and diversity.
This project supports the children and youth, gives them great skills and above all gives them great faith in themselves and their abilities to reach any occupational and personal challenge they set their sights on.
The support of the mentors from the business and technological sectors, as well as the support of the Center for Financial Growth and a team of judges from the bank brings those teenagers closer to real life.
