Telecom launched a new call for its program of
free programming and digital trades courses
for people over 18 years of age.
The seventh edition of the "digit@lers" program offers
1,500 scholarships
for young people from all over the country.
The courses last between 4 and 6 months, are open and free, with a live online modality, with 2 weekly classes of 3 hours each, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on days to be defined according to the chosen course.
The
content offer
includes courses on Development with Node Js, .NET, Java, Python, Front-end React, Digital Marketing, UX/UI Design, Data Analytics and Testing, and is taught by expert and active teachers in the field. IT market.
Registration will be open
until April 21

The initiative has the endorsement of the Chamber of the Argentine Software Industry (CESSI).
To sign up,
it is not necessary to have previous knowledge
and in the selection of participants priority will be given to
young people in situations of economic vulnerability
.
Once the course is finished, those who graduate
will have access to a certificate of attendance granted by Telecom.
According to Telecom, each course offers useful tools to take the first steps in the technology industry.
In addition, the proposal includes the incorporation of soft skills through tools for creating
CVs and profiles on different job search platforms
, tips on how to perform in an interview and how to go through the selection process.
A library of content
is also provided
to deepen learning, and practical exercises to test yourself and continue learning.
To enhance learning, the company recommends dedicating, in addition to classes, a minimum of 6 hours per week.
Among those who register there will be a
pre-selection of 300 people
per course who must complete an
introductory module
that will be on the platform for 7 days.
Of those who finish that module on time and in the proper way, 50 will be selected per course, which is the maximum capacity,
As a complement, those who enter the program have the opportunity to
participate in talks with Telecom technology leaders
, where they share first-hand experiences on how to learn, work and grow in the world of technology.
With this program, the company has already trained 2,500 people, through 97 courses and more than 14,000 hours of content.
