How long did it take you to make a diagnosis?
Christophe PÉRILLAT.-
I didn't need to make a diagnosis.
For eleven years, I was director of operations, after entering the company in 2000. I know the technologies, the teams, the customers, the factories.
Within a month of taking office, we made a major move in electrification by buying out Siemens' stake in our joint venture, and I presented our strategic plan to the markets.
The automotive sector is in the midst of a revolution, where the cards will be redistributed.
It involves going fast.
