Daniel Kretinsky could take control of Casino

The Czech billionaire is offering to participate in a capital increase that would make him the distributor's leading shareholder. In the process of approaching In Vivo and Intermarché, Casino will request the appointment of a conciliator to negotiate with its creditors.
