Revolution in sight in French mass distribution.
Weakened by a debt of 6.4 billion euros, the Casino group, led and controlled since 1992 by Jean-Charles Naouri, could soon have Daniel Kretinsky as its first shareholder.
This operation would allow the Czech billionaire to strike a new blow in France.
