The coins are accumulated for purchases of over NIS 500 per month and can be easily exchanged at any given time, while customers who pay with Shufersal's credit card can even accumulate 2 or even 3 times as many coins when buying products belonging to the chain's private label. The amount of coins accumulated can be found in the app and on the club page on the website.
"This is a big move," said Tal Bar Zeev, manager of the Shufersal Supreme Club. "There's a behavior change here that asks customers to get involved, and we see that they're collaborating. It's a long process, and I can say that today we are in a completely different place from where we started. Customers have the opportunity to accumulate, track the accumulation and decide how much and where to use the money they have accumulated."
It is important to know that in order to enjoy the virtual currencies, a one-time registration is required and to make purchases in the Shufersal or Be chain for NIS 500 per month.

"For several weeks, we go out with equal promotions for the club's customers," explains Bar Ze'ev. "We try to hold these days more frequently, in order to add value to the members of the club. It should be noted that those who are not club members can join free of charge and enjoy all the promotions and benefits. Even in normal times, the club's customers enjoy special offers on a variety of products at the branch and online."

Saving thousands of shekels every month
Shufersal Club members, who also hold the chain's credit card, can actually combine all worlds - coins, coupons, credit card use and purchases on special sales days - thereby saving thousands of shekels a year. "More and more customers are enjoying all the worlds of benefits simultaneously and maximizing their savings," explains Bar Ze'ev. In 2022, for example, the club's customers used 17 million coupons, which is an astonishing number. We try to create added value for our customers and personalize, and in the future we will continue to enhance the personal experience. We always strive upwards and try to upgrade, as is happening right now with the cooperation we started with EL AL's Frequent Flyer Club. Shufersal SUPREME Club members, who are also Matmid Frequent Flyer Club members, can earn SUPREME coins and Matmid Frequent Flyer points with every purchase."
