The share of the company Vivendi fell more than 9% on the Paris Stock Exchange Tuesday in the first exchanges after sales of shares by a company linked to Vincent Bolloré and made public by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
The Cornouaille company, "linked to Vincent Bolloré" according to the description of the AMF in the notice published Monday after the close of the markets, sold more than 1.5 million shares, or around 0.14% of Vivendi's capital. This sale goes against market rumors about a possible takeover bid by Vincent Bolloré for Vivendi, of which he is a reference shareholder. The share fell 9.15% to 8.58 euros, in a slightly lower market (-0.14%) shortly after 09:30.
