The government is preparing the ground for two fundamental texts for the coming years: the Energy and Climate Programming Act (EPEC) and the Multiannual Energy Programming (PPE). Their scope is both environmental, with the imperative need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and economic with the objective of regaining competitiveness and sovereignty and supporting the reindustrialization of the country. "An energy wall awaits us from 2030," warns Agnès Pannier-Runacher, the Minister of Energy Transition, who supports this observation on the consultations conducted with economic actors.
