The Anses made official the 21% increase in that benefit received by employees who do not pay Profits.

The Anses set the new values of family allowances that govern from June, with the increase of 20.92%, through Resolution 113/2023 published this Thursday in the Official Gazette.

The rule establishes that the birth allowance will be $ 16,160, for adoption $ 96,639 and for marriage $ 24,199. This will be for household income (IGF) up to $808,124 in all three cases.

The measure also determines that for both prenatal and child the allocation is as follows, according to income:

  • Family income up to $214,699: $13,864 allowance
  • Family income between $214,699.01 and $314,880: $9,350 allowance
  • Family income between $ 314,880.01 and $ 363,540: $ 5,654
  • Family income between $363,540.01 and $808,124: $2,915

In the case of child with disability, the allowance will be $ 45,147 for family income (IGF) up to $ 214,699; of $ 31,937 for income between $ 214,699.01 and $ 314,880; and $20,155 for higher incomes.

Annual school aid will be $11,620 per child for IGF up to $808,124; and also in the case of a child with a disability, but without an income limit.

The increase in allowances is coupled with that of mobility, with which pensions and the Universal Child Allowance are also increased. Thus, in the June-August period that value is 20.93%.

In the first quarter, the increase in pension and allowances was 17.04%, lower than inflation of 21.7%. And in the twelve months prior to March it was 79.8% versus a year-on-year inflation of 104.3%.

Now, with this rise of 20.92%, in the first semester mobility will add 41.5% versus inflation that will be around 50%.
