Denis Kessler, the president of the reinsurer Scor died this Friday at the age of 71, Scor announced in a statement. He had turned around the reinsurer (insurer of insurers), of which he held the position of CEO from 2002 to 2021. Since then, he has been non-executive chairman of Scor. "Over the past two decades, Denis Kessler has been the architect of Scor's success and reputation worldwide," said Thierry Léger, CEO of Scor, since May 1. Her passion for reinsurance was second to none, and her ambition to make SCOR an industry leader never left her. She has led all her action at the head of the Group over the past twenty-one years."
