Traffic "resumes normally" at the Gare du Nord and Gare Montparnasse in Paris, following power failures in Saint-Arnoult, in the Yvelines, announced to the Figaro the SNCF. "The situation is stable. The SNCF also announced that travelers concerned by the LGV Atlantique incident last night will be compensated. For a delay of between 30 minutes and 2 hours, the refund amounts to 25% of the ticket price, 50% between 2 hours and 3 hours and 75%, beyond 3 hours. "All passengers whose train has been delayed more than 4 hours will be compensated up to 100% in vouchers," says the SNCF which specifies that "for all travelers of the Atlantic axis", it will be possible to exchange "swithout fees" their ticket "all weekend".
