It's tradition, the French American Foundation unveiled this summer its new class of Young Leaders. For this 42nd growth, ten thirty-year-olds were selected by the jury chaired by Agnès Touraine, member of the Foundation's Executive Committee. This prestigious program was launched in 1981 by the organization created by Presidents Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and Gérald Ford. Aim, with the American "sister": to foster transatlantic dialogue at its highest level to build a better and safer world of tomorrow. Important "at a time of international tensions in the world," said the president of the foundation Alain Papiasse, senior executive of BNP Paribas, about to pass the hand.
