Isracard Launches: Money Transfer Service Abroad between Credit Cards / Courtesy of Isracard PR
The service currently offered by Isracard is designed to innovate for its customers and make it easier for them to transfer funds abroad. The new service is intended for private customers holding an Isracard non-bank credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
Those who join the service will be able to transfer money abroad to private individuals through the Isracard app - immediately, safely and at a cost of only NIS 15, regardless of the amount transferred (in addition to the conversion rate).
The money can be transferred to customers holding a MasterCard credit card, issued in the European Union or Canada. So how does it work? In a few simple steps! Isracard Group customers (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) with a non-bank credit card will make the money transfer through the Isracard or American Express app, when choosing a money transfer service abroad. Then choose an amount and currency type for the transfer and choose the non-bank credit card with which they wish to make the transfer.
Then, enter the credit card number to which we want to transfer the money and confirm the transfer. After approval, the transferee will receive a verification text message to the mobile number he provided. After completing the transfer, the transferee will receive another text message with details of the transfer.

Fixed cost, regardless of the amount to be transferred
Through the service, money can be sent to holders of a MasterCard issued by issuers in the European Union or Canada. The operation is safe, convenient and immediate. The money goes directly to the recipient's credit card so they can decide whether to redeem the money to their credit card or transfer the money directly to their bank account.
Alongside the advantages of transferring money safely and immediately, Isracard's new service significantly reduces the cost of a money transfer service abroad, while the cost of transferring money between credit cards using Isracard cards is NIS 15 per transaction, regardless of the transfer amount (in addition to the conversion rate), in contrast to the average transfer cost between bank accounts, which is NIS 50. Funds can be transferred in dollars or euros up to NIS 3,000 for a single transfer, and up to NIS 20,000 per year.
Ran Oz, CEO of Isracard: "Isracard has set itself the goal of being at the forefront of advanced financial services, identifying the changing needs of our customers, and providing solutions with an emphasis on innovative, groundbreaking and relevant value. The new service will enable customers who hold one of our non-bank credit cards to transfer funds to holders of a MasterCard card issued in the European Union and Canada, safely and immediately and at low cost. I have no doubt that with the new service it will be simpler to transfer funds abroad quickly and safely and easily"
