Mine of bad days, visibly exasperated, Valérie Pécresse, president of the region and Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), the manager and financier of Parisian transport, announced this delay at the end of a board meeting of IDFM on Tuesday. "The RER B is the sick line of public transport in the Paris region with a deterioration in the quality of service since 2015. This line is experiencing an upsurge in user complaints," adds Valérie Pécresse.
