A tool built according to the values and practice of sophrology.
Much more than a relaxation method, its founder Florian Guiol chose this method because it allows you to mobilize your well-being skills and develop your cognitive abilities! Designed and created with Charline Darfeuille, a qualified sophrologist, the application offers an approach that respects the values of sophrology. With a few hundred people having already tried the app since its release at the beginning of the year, Sophronitis is the new support dedicated to working on oneself. This is evidenced by the career of Florian, previously a salesman and manager in the construction industry, who discovered the virtues of alternative medicine after a near-burnout. Having managed to rebuild himself by practicing sophrology, he wishes to promote it to as many people as possible, around an innovative concept.
A complete tool adapted to everyone's needs.
This is where the adventure of Sophronitis (named after an orchid, a symbol of "fervour, enthusiasm, passion and positivism") begins. Available on all stores, the application provides an authentic solution for well-being and personal development with a first "Discovery" course 100% free consisting of 10 pre-designed sessions to learn about sophrology. After subscribing to one of the 3 subscriptions (3 months, 6 months and 1 year), you have access to 3 other types of courses: the "Daily" ones that allow you to build your well-being routine, the "Specifics" to act on a subject such as stress, sleep, concentration, parasitic thoughts, managing your emotions or improving your self-esteem... and also "Women-Specific" courses such as support in a baby project (where sophrology is increasingly finding its place in maternity services) or the management of pelvic pain.
Varied and structured sessions as for a consultation.
The Sophronitis sessions are built around 5 stages: one of "Sophronization" to put oneself in condition, "Dynamic" to act on the suffering to be worked on, "Breathing" and "Relaxation" to relax, then "De-sophronization" to gently return to reality. A format similar to a session with a sophrologist. Lasting about twenty minutes, users are guided by the sophrologist's voice-over and a video support with Solenne, a model that presents the exercises. Standing, sitting on a chair or floor mat, or even lying down, no special equipment is needed. It is just suggested to bring a pair of headphones for better immersion. One of the particularities lies in the diversity of the sessions, designed on demand from a library of more than a hundred exercises, for a richer and more varied experience.
An "in the pocket" concept suitable for complete self-work.
To increase the notion of "personal development", Sophronitis offers a follow-up notebook that adapts to the chosen paths, including: a history of sessions, an assessment of your current state of mind and a graph that illustrates your progress. This follow-up book takes into account the users' answers during the questionnaires offered after each session in order to find out their feelings, as well as during a time of exchange at the end of the session with a therapist.A second, more extensive version will be offered by the end of the year, with new services and features such as the possibility of practicing cardiac coherence or "quick" sessions to meet a one-off need such as a rise in stress or an anxiety attack. The objective is to offer a scalable support adapted to the needs of each person at any time.
