Salesforce, the global leader in CRM and cloud technology, presents global sales figures summarizing online sales made on Black Friday 2023, based on an analysis of shopping data from more than 1.5 billion shoppers worldwide taken from the company's Commerce Cloud platform. According to the data, total global online sales on this day reached about $71 billion, an increase of 8% compared to last year.

The data also showed that the categories with the most sales in the world were footwear - up 23%, health and beauty - up 21% and beauty care - up 20%.
