We are giving them back some power, in the face of an industry that has sometimes sacrificed reliability on the altar of profit. The handling of the device, in itself, is childish. Your car's on-board diagnostics port is usually located under the steering wheel. Remove the cover, plug in the Carly box, turn on the ignition and connect to the dedicated app. This then displays the list of detected defects, with their level of severity.
