The Super Bowl took place tonight (Sunday to Monday) without an audience, as requested by the Corona, and in as great an attempt as possible to cover the empty seats.
Part of this annual tradition, which regularly receives the highest viewing figures in the United States and is also observed around the world, is the half-show.
Every year, the biggest music stars in the world show up to provide a great and sweeping show.
Last year it was Jennifer Lopez and Shakira, preceded by Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Coldplay and Lady Gaga.
This time the stage was conquered by the weekend, carried on the huge success waves of one of the distinct songs of the year 2020, "Blinding Lights" (including here in the Walla! Culture and eco99fm parade).
In an interview with Billboard, the Canadian singer - originally named Abel Tespaya - said that he invested $ 7 million of his own money in the show, in order to be precise in his artistic vision and to give the audience in the house a "cinematic experience".
Aside from the blinding lights, during the show the weekend performed his biggest hits since the beginning of his career, including "Can't Feel My Face", "Starboy", "The Hills".
He did so without guests and guests, but with invested, cinematic and slightly creepy choreography, and with a lot of masked dancers.
The result won as expected a lot of rave reviews on the networks, but there were also some who were much less enthusiastic and defined it as disappointing or even pathetic.
Watch the show in full.
