Burma: anti-coup protests, the dead rise to 9

(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 03 - The number of protesters killed today by the Burmese security forces during anti-coup protests in the country has increased to nine: the Independent reports, who claims local witnesses and local media.

This is the second heaviest toll after the killing of 18 people last Sunday.
