For more than a week the cases have not stopped rising.
So much so that 11,650 new infected were registered on Tuesday, a number that would have to go back to November 19.
This situation raised an alert in the government.
That is why Fernández, Larreta and Kicillof met in Olivos to analyze new restrictions.
There they agreed on a call to the population to "take extreme care" and appealing to the "responsibility of all", even more in the celebration of the New Year.
During the meeting, they also agreed to hold periodic meetings from next week to assess the health situation and the daily reports of cases resulting from Covid-19.
Meanwhile, close to the president they celebrated the numbers transmitted by the Minister of Health Ginés González García since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.
Until noon, 22,307 had already been vaccinated in 202 cities of the country.
During December 31 and January 1, the health authorities reported that there will be no case reports.
And as happened with the Christmas holidays, the data will be known on Saturday, the second day of the year.
