Text Public Health France recorded this Wednesday 326 new deaths due to Covid-19, as well as 26,788 new contaminations.
In detail, these 326 new deaths occurred in hospitals.
In total, France has deplored more than 87,500 deaths since the start of the epidemic.
Still in the hospital, 25,111 patients are treated following an infection with the new coronavirus.
They numbered 25,660 Tuesday, and 25,614 last Wednesday.
3,637 patients are hospitalized in intensive care units, against 3,435 on Tuesday, and 3,436 last Wednesday.

On the contamination side, Public Health France has counted 26,788 positive Covid-19 tests in 24 hours.
The institute recorded 20,064 Tuesday, and 31,519 last Wednesday.

The Géodes platform recorded 91,173 new injections for Tuesday among the general public - data which always arrives with a day's delay.
In nursing homes, 58.2% of residents have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
In total, France has 3,133,478 first injections and 1,705,966 people who have received two injections.
While the curfew is still in place on the territory, and that Nice and Dunkirk must reconfigure themselves over the weekend, the government is planning a new press conference on Thursday at 6 p.m.
A conference during which Prime Minister Jean Castex will be able to pronounce new restrictions in areas at risk.
