Roni Levy speaks for the first time as Hapoel Beer Sheva coach (Hapoel Beer Sheva)
Roni Levy yesterday (Wednesday) shared part of his believing self in his first significant and long meeting with the Hapoel Beer Sheva players.
The assembly focused on professional matters as well as discipline matters.
Among other things, the coach wanted to sharpen the whole issue of cell phones in the locker room.
"I want that from the moment you enter the club in the morning until you leave at noon, you will be focused only on our work and togetherness as a team," the coach said, asking to stop all cell phone use inside the locker room.
It should be noted that the issue of the cell phone ban was also common in the past, but the new coach wanted to sharpen it and explained to the players what was behind it.
Levy also asked that the players be five minutes ahead of the ascent to the lawn before the start of training so that he does not have to stand and wait for the last ones to arrive.

Betar Jerusalem's away win over Maccabi Petah Tikva last night turns the meeting between Hapoel Beer Sheva and Betar on Sunday at Turner Stadium into a classic 6-point game.
At the moment, the gap between the teams is 4 points in favor of Hapoel Beer Sheva, but Betar has a game in hand. Hapoel Beer Sheva is in fourth place in the table and Betar in eighth place.
Hapoel Beer Sheva's first and clear task is to finish in the top 6 in the place that leads to the top playoffs and later make enough points to finish in third place that will automatically win a ticket to the Conference League qualifiers.
Beyond the spicy meeting between Hapoel Beer Sheva's new coach Roni Levy and the team that fired him in the summer, it will be a tough battle for points with a total of 5 rounds left until the end of the regular season.
