Guy Novès: "Bernard Laporte did not respect me"

INTERVIEW - On the occasion of the release of his biography, “La Tête haute”, the former Toulouse manager settles his accounts.


At 67, Guy Novès has lost none of his bite.

While this Thursday releases his biography,

La Tête haute

(Éditions Hugo Sport), he explains to

Figaro

the genesis of this project.

During my trial against the FFR, a former student had created a support account where 30,000 people registered.

It was a complicated time in my life and this book is my way of thanking these people by allowing them to get to know me better.

It is also a trace for my grandchildren.
