The Washington Wizards and Danny Abdia achieved an important home win early in the morning (Thursday through Friday) over the Los Angeles Clippers 117: 119, one of the best teams in the league, after another thrilling game they go through.

The Wizards, who interrupted a streak of two losses, went up 20:14 and went into the All-Star break in good spirits.

The Clippers, on the other hand, who had to make do without Paul George who suffered from dizziness in the warm-up, suffered a third loss in a row and are on a 14:24 balance.

The 20-year-old Israeli seems to be returning to the track after a less than good period.

Abdia, who already in the previous game against the Memphis Grizzlies showed improvement (10 points and 7 rebounds), scored only 4 points (2/2 from the field), but added 7 rebounds, one steal and one block.

Abdia also provided good minutes in defense of the Clippers star, Kwai Leonard who recorded a mediocre evening in his terms (22 points).

Only in the last game of the two last week, when the Wizards lost, Abdia got into trouble early on, got off the bench and had to settle for a few minutes.

As a wheel spins.

As for the game itself, after a relatively close first quarter (22:25 to Washington) the visitors took control of things in the second quarter, already leading by 16 points (45:61), but eventually went down to the break with only a 54:61 advantage after a 0: 9 run Of the hostess.

After the break, the close game continued when just under four minutes to the end of the third quarter Abdia squeezed an offense from Melnard, an offense that was the star's fourth and forced coach Tyrone Lou (former assistant to David Blatt at the Cleveland Cavaliers) to take him off the bench.

The quarter itself ended in a draw, 87:87.

In the fourth quarter, 106: 102 behind, Washington went out for a 0:11 run and climbed to a promising 106: 113 lead 46 seconds to go.

But then, and not for the first time this season, the Scott Brooks' gang made all the possible mistakes and allowed the Clippers to reduce to 118: 117 with 8.5 seconds left on the clock.

Roy Nachimura was sent to the penalty line, scoring the first, missing the second but a huge rebound by Bradley Bill (33 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and a block) arranged a prestigious victory for the host in the Capital 1 Arena.

Washington's second superstar, Russell Westbrook, almost completed a triple-double (27 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds), but his penalty fouls (7/15) - including in the closing seconds - almost went up to the Wizards in the game.

Washington will return from the All-Star break on the night between Wednesday and Thursday (3:00 AM Israel time) so she will be hosted by the Memphis Grizzlies.
