"I became aware of what I did"

The alleged murderer, who acknowledges the facts, has been tried since Tuesday morning by the Assize Court of Val-d'Oise.

“I realized what I did.

I know this is wrong, ”said Kerby J., 26, as the court examined her personality.

During the investigation, he assured that the shot was fired involuntarily, "by itself".

The expertise of the sawed-off shotgun, however, ruled out the accidental nature of the shot which required "a deliberate pressure on the trigger, above average", showing "a certain determination when firing".

He is not the only one to be judged.

Next to him, in the box of the accused, two other men answer before the justice of complicity in murder.

Ismaël T., 24, is accused of having brought him assistance by storing the weapon in full knowledge of the context of the ongoing violence between neighborhoods.

Likewise, Morgan L. must also answer for complicity for having provided the weapon and for having encouraged him to arm himself, which he disputes.

Finally, a fourth accused was to be present in the courtroom for having transported the shooter in his flight.

My mother-in-law abandoned me.

I made money.
