Can Jeanine Áñez be accused of a coup?

Jeanine Áñez was transferred from the Obrajes prison where she was to the Clínica del Sur after presenting health problems, the press office of the former interim president of Bolivia confirmed to CNN.
Áñez would have suffered a decompensation as a result of a high pressure problem.
Judge Regina Santa Cruz determined this Sunday his preventive detention for four months in the Obrajes prison in La Paz.
Añez is being investigated for the case called "coup" in which the Prosecutor's Office charged the former president and her former ministers with the crimes of "terrorism, conspiracy and sedition."
In addition, this Monday the Ministry of Justice presented before the Prosecutor's Office four lawsuits of responsibilities against the former interim president and two of her former ministers, that of Justice, Álvaro Coímbra, and that of Energy, Rodrigo Guzmán.
The accusations hold Áñez and the former ministers responsible for the loan that the Ministry considers "irregular and onerous" of more than 346 million dollars with the IMF;
the "extension of the Fundempresa concession," which they consider illegal;
the alleged "violation of human rights of Bolivians residing in Chile" and "the restrictions during the pandemic."

Just before her arrest, Áñez said through Twitter that the arrest was "an act of abuse and political persecution" and that she was accused "of participating in a coup that never happened."

Coimbra, for his part, claimed he was a "political prisoner" of the ruling Movement for Socialism.
Meanwhile, Guzmán declared himself "confident" because, in his opinion, he has the necessary arguments to "get ahead."
This Tuesday, after the demonstrations in different regions of Bolivia in rejection of the arrests, civic committees throughout the country issued a resolution demanding the release and amnesty of the detainees.
